Terms of Service.
- now developing. is a monthly subscription for photographers. New accounts can start with a 7-day free trial (founding member pricing has no trial).
- You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.
- No refunds. It’s a digital service, so payments aren’t refunded, including partial months.
- Your clients and your work stay yours. We just help you share their progress.
These terms are an agreement between you and now developing. (“now developing.,” “we,” “us”), the service at nowdeveloping.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you’re using it for a business, you’re agreeing on behalf of that business.
1. What now developing. is
now developing. lets photographers create a private progress page for each client, update which step their photos are in, and send update emails. We provide the tools; you decide what to share with your clients and when.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
- Give us accurate information and keep your login details safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us right away at hello@nowdeveloping.com if you think someone got into your account.
3. Plans, trials and billing
- Plans. Starter is $12/month and Pro is $24/month, plus any tax that applies. Prices and plan features are shown on our website.
- Free trial. New accounts get a 7-day free trial on Starter or regular Pro. Founding member pricing (section 4) doesn’t include a free trial: your first payment is taken when you sign up. You add a payment method to start it, and you aren’t charged during the trial. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you’re charged automatically. We’ll email you a reminder before your trial ends.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew every month on the same date until you cancel. You authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method each month.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we’ll try again and let you know. If it isn’t fixed within 14 days, we may pause or end your account.
- Price changes. We’ll email you at least 30 days before any price change affects you. The new price applies at your next renewal after that notice.
- Beta. If you’re invited to our beta, the service is free during the beta period. We’ll tell you before any paid plan begins, and nothing is charged without your payment method and your OK.
4. Founding member pricing
Photographers invited from our waitlist as founding members may get Pro for $15/month. This price:
- is for the Pro plan, billed monthly, only;
- starts right away, with no free trial;
- must be claimed within 14 days of your invitation;
- lasts as long as your subscription stays active, including a 14-day grace period for a failed payment;
- ends if you cancel, switch plans, or your subscription lapses. If you come back later, regular pricing applies.
5. Canceling, and our no-refund policy
- Cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing us. There are no cancellation fees.
- You keep access until your paid period ends. When you cancel, your account stays fully active until the end of the month you already paid for. After that, it won’t renew and you won’t be charged again.
- No refunds. now developing. is a digital service that you can use the moment you pay. All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial months, unused time, and months you didn’t use the service. If you cancel during your free trial, you won’t be charged at all.
- If you think you were charged by mistake (for example, charged twice), email us and we’ll make it right.
6. Your content and your clients
- You own your content. Your studio name, your step wording, client details and anything else you add (“your content”) belongs to you. You give us permission to store and display it only so we can run the service for you.
- Your clients’ information. When you add a client, you’re telling us you have the right to share their information with us and to contact them about their photos. You’re responsible for following the laws that apply to how you collect and use your clients’ information.
- Update emails. Emails to your clients are sent on your behalf, showing your studio name. Only email clients who expect to hear from you about their photos. Don’t use now developing. for marketing emails or messages people didn’t ask for.
- Private links. Each client page has a private link. Anyone with the link can view that page, so share it only with your client.
7. Things you agree not to do
- Break the law, or use the service to harass, mislead, or spam anyone.
- Upload anything harmful, or content you don’t have the right to share.
- Try to get into other accounts, test or break our security, or overload the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we close your account for reasons other than a violation, we’ll give you notice when we reasonably can.
8. Our part
- The now developing. name, design, software and default wording belong to us. You can use the default step wording freely in your client pages and emails.
- We work hard to keep the service running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve features over time.
