- You can ask us to see, fix or delete your information anytime.
This policy explains what information now developing. (“we,” “us”) collects at nowdeveloping.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers photographers who use now developing., their clients who view progress pages, and visitors to our website.

- Basic technical information our hosting provider logs to keep the service secure and working, like browser type and IP address.
From our website
- If you join our waitlist or ask for a beta spot: your name, email, what you shoot, and your Instagram handle if you share it.
2. How we use it
- To run now developing.: show client pages, send the update emails you choose, and log you in.
- To send you account emails, like login links, password resets, billing notices and important changes.
- To answer your questions and support you.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- If you joined the waitlist or beta list, to tell you about now developing.’s launch and your invite. You can opt out anytime.
3. Your clients’ information
Photographers decide what client information to add and when to email their clients. We handle that information only to provide the service to that photographer, and never use it to contact clients for our own reasons or sell to them. Clients with questions about their information should contact their photographer first; we’ll help the photographer with any request.
4. Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share it only with trusted companies that help us run now developing., and only as much as they need:
- Supabase, for our secure database and logins.
- Vercel, for hosting our website and app.
- Resend, for sending emails and reporting delivery, opens and clicks.
- Stripe, for payments, once paid plans begin.
- Google Fonts, which loads the fonts on our pages.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure our ads on our public website pages. See Cookies below.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business (in which case this policy would still protect your information).
5. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies that are needed to keep you logged in and keep your account secure.
On our public website pages (our home page and beta page), we use the Meta Pixel to see which of our Facebook and Instagram ads lead people to join our waitlist, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. It records things like the page you visited and that you joined, and Meta may use a cookie to recognize your browser. We don’t send Meta your email address. The Meta Pixel never runs inside the app, on login pages, or on any client’s private photo page. You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings and in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.
We don’t sell browsing data.
6. How we protect it
- Information is encrypted when it travels between your device and our servers.
- Every studio’s information is locked to that studio’s account at the database level.
- Each client page has its own long, random private link.
No online service can promise perfect security, but we take it seriously and will tell affected users if a breach puts their information at risk.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. After you close your account, we delete your account and client data within 60 days, except anything we must keep for legal, tax or billing reasons. Waitlist and beta sign-ups are kept until you ask us to remove them.
8. Your choices and rights
- See or update your information. Much of it you can change yourself in Settings, and we’ll email you a copy of the rest if you ask.
- Ask us to delete your account and information.
- Stop launch and news emails anytime by replying to any of them and asking.
Depending on where you live (for example, California or Texas), you may have more rights under your state’s privacy laws. To use any of these rights, email hello@nowdeveloping.com. We’ll respond within 30 days and won’t treat you differently for asking.
9. Children
now developing. is for adult photographers and isn’t meant for children under 13. Photographers may add clients of any age as part of a session. If you believe a child gave us information directly, contact us and we’ll delete it.
10. Changes
If we make important changes to this policy, we’ll let you know by email or in the app before they take effect.
